  • Sunrise Yoga

    Open the day by taking care of your body and mind. This class starts with slow flowing movements to warm the body and focus the mind. Sun salutes, yoga poses, and active and passive stretches prepare the body for stillness by releasing deeper body tensions. Meditation practices of stillness that connect us to the true essence of Yoga finish this complete practice.

  • Flow Slow & Restore

    This class will flow slowly through sun salutations and postures designed to build internal heat slowly and gently. Meditation and breath work techniques are taught to promote relaxation. Class concludes with Restorative Yoga postures which settle the body and mind.

  • Vinyasa Flow

    Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic style of yoga which joins physical postures with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice. Flow classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness.

  • Power Vinyasa Flow

    If you think yoga is “too easy” to be considered a workout, this class is for you. Power Vinyasa Flow is more vigorous and aerobic, and classes have a variety of fun music and themes. Nail an arm balance, learn to stand on your hands, or just sweat and move with your friends. You will impress yourself with what you really can do! Instructors are experienced yogis who will keep your body safe and your asanas stable.

  • Beginners Yoga

    The beginner class series introduces the history of yoga, fundamental principles of alignment, and breath work. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. This series is designed to meet the needs of those new to yoga as well as those seeking continued understanding of the yoga poses.

  • Meditation

    Practices of stillness connect us to the true essence of Yoga. In this 30-minute class, students will first explore breath work techniques followed by a 20-minute seated meditation. Experience and enjoy the mental health benefits of a regular meditation practice amongst fellow community members in a safe, inclusive space. Afterward, students are invited to stay for Vinyasa Flow class. Meditation classes are FREE and do not impact purchased class packages or subscriptions.
