C5Y RETREATS

Run & Yoga Camp
June 4 - 7, 2026

Join Jessa and Brian at SageStone Adventure Lodge in Twin Lakes this June for Mountain runs and yoga! Daily run (based on skill level and experience), daily yoga, run nutrition, gear guidance, catered meals, and beautiful scenery.

RETREAT:

Come soak up the mountains with us at our Run + Yoga Camp—an energizing, feel-good weekend designed to help you move, breathe, and reconnect. Whether you’re a brand-new runner, a seasoned trail junkie, a devoted yogi, or somewhere in between, you’ll feel right at home. All paces and all levels are welcome, and every session includes options so you can meet yourself exactly where you are.

Each day will include guided runs (with route options and coaching support) plus yoga sessions crafted specifically for runners—think mobility, strength, recovery, and deep stretches that make your legs say “thank you.” We’ll also have a curated spread of run nutrition for you to sample (gels, chews, hydration, and more), along with practical guidance on gear—what’s worth it, how to choose it, and how to dial in what works best for your body and your goals.

In between movement sessions, you’ll have plenty of leisure time to rest, refuel, and explore. Nap, journal, grab coffee, wander, or head out on your own adventure—this camp is equal parts training and retreat. Come for the miles and the mobility, stay for the mountain air, the community, and the spark you’ll take home with you.
