  • Vinyasa Flow

    Our vinyasa flow classes are mixed level classes that link breath and movement together, help individuals find alignment that works in their bodies and combine strength with flexibility. Each class offers a unique combination of poses, designed by our amazing teachers.

  • Express Flow

    Short on time, but still want to sneak your practice in? We get it! Our Express Flow classes are mixed level classes that get you moving and flowing with the postures and breath. Like our Vinyasa Flow classes, Express Flow still helps create strength and flexibility through awareness of alignment and what works in your body.

  • Slow Flow

    Moving with your breath doesn’t always mean moving quickly. This class is an opportunity to explore breath as you move through gentle yoga postures at a slower pace. Connecting breath to movement with intention and alignment awareness, Slow Flow allows you to dive deeper into breath and body sensation while also helping to calm your nervous system.

  • Recharge

    This class is mindfully placed on thursday evening to help you step away from the week and give you the space to recharge your batteries as you head into the week's end. In this class we will start slow with lots of props, and then build in some strength using longer holds and a variety of asanas. This class will be accessible to most, but will still offer attendees the opportunity to work through the practice.

  • Forrest Yoga

    Classes begin with an intention that is wound through the practice and breathwork. From there, abdominal work to get connected to your core so you can be strong and centered. Pose sequences are designed to help you develop the skills to awaken each of your senses, and long holds help you progress in the poses and go deeper. Aided by the use of heat, your body is freed from toxins; the deep breathing oxygenates and rejuvenates every cell in your body.

  • Resting Restore

    Resting Restore is a combination of restorative and yin yoga. This class offers supported postures, held for longer periods of time, with relaxed muscles. Our aim is to slow down, find relaxation, and listen deeply in order to reconnect with our selves. We will explore relaxation and mediation techniques.

  • Pilates Toning

    This class is focused on building up strength in the stability muscles of the body, including the Core and glutes. This class is for ALL! Young athletes, Moms, weekend warriors, desk jockeys.. All are welcome and will benefit from this class. Learn to Relax your restrictions, Relieve aches and pains, and Restore your body. Attendees with and without acute or long term nagging issues will benefit from her individualized attention.
